It’s almost 31 years ago since I met James - at 6th Form in York. I don’t know how or when, but a bunch of us became firm friends for the 2 years we were there (& went on an eventful hols to France!). We grew up together and it’s been fabulous seeing how everyone has flourished. But as always life gets in the way and contact becomes less and less, you assume people will always be there, and you out off that call or visit. But James was one of the most kind hearted, intelligent, honest, fair and funny people you could ever meet. A down right lovely human. He’ll be missed but remembered with much joy (& laughter too … I still have the photos!) All my love and condolences go to the whole family - Victoria and the kids especially so Xxx
