I had the pleasure of working with James at Oxford Outcomes/ICON between 2012 to 2018. He was such a warm-hearted, funny and kind person. He really cared for people he worked with and looked out for them. I remember James would have a huge smile on his face whenever he talked about his children and was the proudest dad when he brought them to the office. He was a wonderful person and will be sorely missed. My heartfelt condolences to Victoria, the kids and James’ whole family.
