Although I only had the privilege of meeting James on a few occasions, I feel I have known him for many years through hearing much about both him & Heidi from their Uncle Brian. Whenever I did meet James, or spoke to him on the phone, he always came across as being such a caring, kind & helpful person who put the needs of others before his own. His family meant the world to him & he meant the world to them.
