I met James only once for potential joint business with the company I was working for in Italy.
I was very much impressed by his knowledge, calm and ability to make people at their ease.
I was shocked when I read this horrible news. My full support and sympathy to all his dears♥️

This message is a while coming, as I really didn't know what to say. James' untimely passing is a tragedy for all who were lucky enough to have know him. James was a great boss and an even better friend - it was a privilege to work with him. To Victoria, Joseph, Sammy, Isabelle and Charlotte I'm so very sorry for your loss. James was a family man through and through, and I hope you can take some solace in how clearly he loved you all. You could easily while away many hours discussing with James what the kids and Victoria were up to, and him so proud of each of you. Sending you all much love. Joan and family

He is gone - by David Harkins
You can shed tears that he is gone
Or you can smile because he has lived
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back
Or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left
Your heart can be empty because you can’t see him
Or you can be full of the love that you shared
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday
You can remember him and only that he is gone
Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back
Or you can do what he would want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.
